The location is great with lots of good restaurants around and sawtelle japantown at only 20 minutes away by foot.

20 minutes away by bus of UCLA (~10 minutes by car) and 30 minutes away by bus of Santa Monica College (~15 minutes by car). Walking distance from a Target, Ralph's, Trader Joe's and a Japanese supermarket.

Easy access to the 1, 4, and 15 bus lines and garage parking included.

There are 3 other male roommates and the upstairs full bathroom would be shared in between you and 2 of the roommates. One of the roommates is also looking for someone to take up his room as soon as possible if you want to bring a friend in too.

The rent is about 1300$ with utilities on a month to month lease with a washer and dryer included, a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished living room and a furnished private room.

I've had a great time in this apartment, the location made it really easy to move around LA by public transport and the easy access to food and the spacious and comfortable living room made it great to invite friends over.
