Gated, subterranean parking with your own NON-TANDEM parking spot. Included in the total cost.

We also have a Washer/Dryer IN UNIT!

Kitchen comes with all the appliances (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove/oven, juicer, Vitamix blender), and all the cooking accessories you could ever need.

About The Room:

12'x10' with large window, and a dual sliding door mirror with lots of closet space/built-in cabinets for easy organization.

Room itself is unfurnished.

Room comes with a half bathroom for yourself and shares the shower/bathtub in the full bathroom.

About The Area:

The location has easy access to the surrounding areas to surrounding areas.

1/2 Mile to 405 freeway, and 5 minute drive to Ralphs/Whole Foods/Bristol Farms/etc.

Down the street from the main Sawtelle strip with tons of restaurants, shops, and bars nearby

Brentwood Country Mart is a quick 5 minute drive away.

About The Roommates:

You'd be living with 2 working professionals. Matt and I (Eric) are friendly and down to earth. Both into living healthy lifestyles, art, playing sports, watching movies, listening to podcasts, etc.

We tend to keep the living space fairly mellow, but will occasionally have friends over. You of course would be more than welcome to do the same.

We also tend to keep the place pretty clean, and are very respectful of the common areas. We are looking for the same in a potential roommate.

Matt does have a small dog (Ziggy), who is friendly, quiet, and very well behaved. We are open to additional pets, but they do include a building mandated monthly fee. I'm not 100% certain of the cost, but it's relatively nominal. There is no fee for certified service animals.

About Costs:

Rent is $1750/month, Security deposit is $1,000.

Utilities are split 3 ways with high speed internet and YouTubeTV, along with Central A/C and heat.
