This is a studio very close to UCLA campus, tent is lower than most studios in Westwood! (I originally sublet this unit from a UCLA student who lived here for four years, and I’ve been here for two years.) Looking for:
A UCLA student or someone affiliated with UCLA to sublet until September 30, 2025.
Preferably someone interested in a long-term stay—if you'd like to sign a new lease for another year (Oct 1, 2025 - Sept 30, 2026) through building management, that’s a huge plus
