2 Beautiful Rooms - Dec 1st move in I have been renting the rooms on short term one month rentals but I’m looking for 2 new roommates who are easy going, and clean. We are 2 chill, easy going but very clean professional women. We like a zen, peaceful home environment. I am a marketing professional that works from home on marketing campaigns and my other roommate in real estate with hybrid schedule. I have 2 cute furnished rooms with a shared bath with each other on the first level of a modern 4 br/4 bath tri level townhouse in West Hollywood. The rent for the smaller room is $1500 plus utilities. Utilities include electricity ,water, gas, trash, sewage, and WiFi . we split the utilities four ways. It averages $85/ month. The rent for the larger room that has its own private entrance is $1600 plus utilities which is approx $85/month. The rooms are furnished with bed, dresser, and tv ( the basics) but you can add and decorate them to your taste. You need to be OK with participating in a monthly deep cleaning of the shared kitchen and weekly cleaning of the shared bathroom with your other housemate or split the cost of a maid. There is a simple rental application and asking for a refundable $500 security deposit. It’s a very walkable area with Target, Trader Joe’s and many cool coffee shops.
