We don't usually do big parties, or make noise after 10-11pm, and would like someone who fits that lifestyle. Unfortunately we don't have a living room, but we occasionally socialize in the shared kitchen and share our culinary skills. Just a few more rules: no shoes inside, cleaning every 2 weeks, no big parties, no smoke, no weed, no pets, no shared room. Female preferred, as the bathroom will be shared with a female roommate.
