UCLA Weyburn studio summer sublease (prefer female, single occupancy only), available 6/14–9/14 with flexible dates. Located in the newest Weyburn building in Westwood Village, about a 10-minute walk to UCLA campus and right downstairs from bus stops with frequent direct buses to campus. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Target, CAVA, Chipotle, Sweetgreen, Noodle Street, and other restaurants are within a short walk.

The unit is a quiet private studio with excellent sound insulation. It comes furnished with a sofa, desk, bedstand, TV stand, chair, oven, dishwasher, and more. I can also provide a TV, monitor, storage cabinet, standing desk, coffee machine, mattress, air fryer, kitchen supplies, and dining/TV area setup. The building has laundry rooms and study rooms on the same floor, 24/7 front desk staff, and key-card access.

Rent is $1,890/month. Looking for someone clean and responsible. Deposit required; priority given to tenants who can rent for at least two months. [Prefer students (don't have to be UCLA) over 21 years old to go through the official UCLA subleasing contract)
